I swear, hellfire makes some wild stuff, I've never seen a desert hot sauce before so I was skeptical but this stuff hits the spot. Really tasty, and a little bit of heat, gosh, its excellent. Highly recommend for people looking to try something new.
Consumed mostly in small shots but a good bit got into daily lunch salads.

Tried it on a premium vanilla bean ice cream. Strong blueberry flavor upfront, then the Carolinas hit. With the cool ice cream balancing the sensations out. Wonderful!
Bought on a whim at Jungle Jims. Going to try it on ice cream, but goes well on tortilla chips surprisingly! Subtle Blueberry Flavor and good heat. Not too hot, but should make an interesting dessert topper for sure!
