After trying most of their hottest sausces, Fear This is the best one.

Hellfire Hot Sauce's best sauce is "Fear This!" in my opinion. They claim that "Fiery Fool" is the hottest all natural sauce they make, but I've tried both many times now and think "Fear This!" is a little hotter, and tastes the best out of all of their hot sauces too. I like the dessert and sweet sauces, but the real winner for heat and flavor is "Fear This!"

I have to buy multiple bottles at a time because I usually use one bottle within a month, although have about a dozen different Hellfire Hot Sauces in my fridge right now . . . I bought their largest variety pack for my birthday. Their extract sauces are definitely hotter, and while I used them it's mostly for cooking, whereas the "Fear This!" is just mild enough for a pepper-head that I can put it on top of food, also tastes the best out of a spoon. This sauce maintains the super-hot pepper 'chinense' flavor with a mild sweetness and a touch of garlic, goes well on most of the food I make for myself.

Nobody I know besides me likes the sauce, they think it is too hot, it's not for uninitiated pepper fans. I think the sauces is almost as hot as a fresh Ghost Pepper (bhüt jolokia) and you should try fresh peppers first to get acclimated, or try one of their more mild sweet/dessert sauces first. My favorite food to add this sauce to is ramen, pizza rolls and chili con carne. It goes well on pizza, barbecued meat, sandwiches and hamburgers, and anything you'd like to have an honest heat and nice pepper flavor added to the mix. Despite the heat level this remains the hot sauce I recommend to spicy food aficionados. Maybe next time I will buy a whole case next time, but right now the four bottles I got should last me a while.
