As you guys know we specialize in extreme chile head hot sauces but for this one we wanted to create a sauce that everyone could enjoy.
The ingredient list is amazing and includes fire roasted red jalapenos and tomatoes, cayenne peppers, garlic, onions, cilantro and enough Carolina Reaper peppers to give it a good kick along with a splash of lemon and lime and a touch of sea salt and select spices.
The Rojo is amazing on tacos, burgers, fries, onion rings, chips and even as a cocktail sauce for shrimp. This is not a melt your face off hot sauce. This is a sauce that you can and will use everyday. It's all about flavor and not just heat.
When folks have tried it they say "I don't even like hot sauce but this is so tasty!" We converted many people over with our milder yet extremely tasty hot sauces! So we hope you will enjoy this one and maybe turn on your non-chile head friends as well. Thanks and Enjoy!
Hellfire always brings the heat and the flavor. This sauce is more on the mild side but that’s not at all a bad thing. You can put it on anything. Great on burgers, tacos, even eggs!

Absolutely delicious, if I had a complaint little on the thick side. Other than that used almost a 1/4 of the bottle on one burrito.
Very well rounded sauce, good on practically anything really. Haven’t had it in a burger yet but I know it’ll be good. Made a ok burrito into a pretty good burrito though. Good little kick as well, not a face melter but good for turning something up a notch.
